Mel has spent most of his career in the life science, biotech, agri-biotech, medical device and healthcare industries, with over 40 years' experience building successful international companies and commercialising a wide range of Australian technologies. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Industrial Chemistry & Chemical Engineering), a Doctorate from QUT and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (FAICD).

He was the founder of 6 companies, 3 of which he has listed successfully on the ASX — including Anatara Lifesciences, Impedimed Ltd, and PanBio Ltd. His board experience spans the ASX, London Stock Exchange, and NASDAQ.

Mel has been involved in M&A transactions and liquidity events exceeding $1 billion dollars, and has raised over $500 million in investment capital during his career.

Dr Anthony Lynham is a well-respected Maxillofacial Surgeon with extensive experience in research and administration. He has held significant leadership positions in medicine, research and more broadly in the community.

He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons, an Associate Professor of The University of Queensland School of Medicine, and an Adjunct Professor of the Queensland University of Technology. He serves on several government and commercial boards.

Dr Leech has over twenty years' experience developing technology in the biotech industry, commercialising animal health, aquaculture, agriculture, medical device, and human therapeutic products.

He completed his postdoctoral studies at Virginia Commonwealth University, and holds a PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Queensland.

He completed his legal studies through the University of Technology Sydney and is registered as a patent and trademark attorney. Dr Leech currently sits on the board of several biotechnology companies.

Carolyn is founder and Chair of boutique accounting firm CJBA Advisory, established after leaving Ernst & Young Business Transition Tax and Superannuation Services.

With experience in Audit and Financial Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers, specialising in Data and Governance nationally, she performed financial strategy advisory for several international and high-profile Australian companies.

Carolyn's contributions extend to national papers, journals, public speaking engagements, and educational forums.

Michael Finney is a successful lawyer and experienced senior executive with over 25 years' experience in the intellectual property, commercialisation, and technology sectors.

He has a strong technical background in engineering, ICT, and biomedical technology disciplines and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Michael delivers innovative business solutions and creative outcomes in managing risk and leveraging commercial value across complex technology ventures.
